Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CFA Retaker's Rescue course ("the Course", "our Service"). By purchasing or accessing the Course you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CFA Retaker's Rescue provides self-paced online exam preparation content designed for candidates who have previously sat for the CFA Level I examination. The Course consists of lessons, diagnostic tools, and practice questions delivered via a web browser.
Access to the Course requires a one-time payment of $149 USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Upon successful payment you receive lifetime access to the Course content available at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify content at any time.
We do not offer cancellations or credits once enrollment is completed. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.
Your license to access the Course is personal and non-transferable. You may not:
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
All Course content — including lesson text, exam-trap frameworks, questions, explanations, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Course content.
CFA®, Chartered Financial Analyst®, and CFA Institute® are registered trademarks owned by CFA Institute. CFA Retaker's Rescue is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by CFA Institute. Our Course is an independent preparation resource and does not represent the official curriculum of CFA Institute.
The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of the Course will result in a passing score on the CFA examination. Exam pass rates depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Course. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. The Course is operated by Pravidhi Inc.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Course after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
