This Privacy Policy explains what information CFA Retaker's Rescue ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your rights. We are committed to protecting your personal information.
When you purchase the Course: We collect your name, email address, and payment details. Payment details (card number, CVV) are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our systems.
When you use the Course: Your study progress (lessons completed, diagnostic scores) is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. We do not currently transmit this data to any server.
Automatically: Standard server logs may capture your IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and performance purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not use advertising trackers, Facebook Pixel, or marketing cookies on Course pages.
The Course uses your browser's localStorage to save diagnostic results and lesson progress locally on your device. This data never leaves your browser unless you clear it manually. We may set session cookies for standard website functionality; we do not set tracking or advertising cookies.
We retain your email address and purchase record for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by tax and legal obligations (typically 7 years). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 7).
The Course is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
